Natural Gas Furnace, A/C and Water Heater Install in Chambersburg, PA
Bowie's Climate Control 72 Degrees Air Conditioning and Heating replaced a heat pump with a new 60,000 BTU Natural Gas Furnace with an energy efficiency rating of 96% AFUE and a 30,000 BTU 16 SEER Air Conditioning System. All the equipment has a 10 year warranty on parts with a lifetime warranty on the A/C compressor. We also replaced the homeowner's electric water heater with a 40 gallon Natural Gas Water Heater with a 6 year warranty. An Aprilaire whole house air cleaner was installed for high efficiency protection against dust, asthma and allergy triggers. The indoor equipment needed to be installed in the homeowners crawl space requiring some unique installation techniques-the equipment was hung from the ceiling!
